Ringa LLC (“Ringa”, “we”) runs Facebook and Instagram ads for fence companies and books estimates on their calendar. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect your name, business name, mobile phone number, email, and service area. We also capture marketing attribution parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and fbclid) from the page URL so we know which ad brought you here.

How we use your information

We use your information to contact you about your request, follow up on leads, and provide our booked-estimate and text-back services. We may send you text messages about your request if you have consented.

SMS consent & opt-out

Text messages are sent only to users who check the consent box on our form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out you may still be contacted by other means if you request it.

Information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting and email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not share your data for cross-context advertising.
