Pay
- $50 per booked call that shows up with a qualified fence business owner or decision-maker.
- Paid weekly every Friday.
Full-Cycle Closer (Remote Sales)
- Run the full cycle: prospect fence company owners, run the sales call, and close the deal.
Pay
- 10% of the total cash collected when the client signs (setup fee + first month), paid once per closed deal.
- Paid weekly every Friday.

- Introduce yourself: name, country, experience, and how many hours you can work on US time.
- Role-play this cold call to a fence company owner: “Hi, is this the owner of [Fence Co]? This is [your name] with Ringa. We help fence companies get booked estimates from Facebook ads, and we only work with one company per city. Do you have 2 minutes?” Then handle this objection: “We already get enough work from referrals.”
- Closers: after the role-play, tell us about a deal you closed and how you closed it.
